Terms & Conditions - Refund Policy

By making a purchase with WhiteDewFlower Pte Ltd you are agreeable to the following Terms & Conditions:

▪️ If there is any changes on the delivery date or item, please WhatsApp @93848519 at least 72 hours in advance (3 days).

▪️ Any amending requirement of delivery address/message, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

▪️ Please also understand that, you will need to pay an extra 30% of order amount for changing of delivery date if failed to inform us 3 days in advance. If failed to inform to change design or refund in advance, we will only able to refund 50% to you.

▪️ If your ordered is within 72hours, we don’t accept any changing for design/date. And if you request for refund and cancel the order, only 50% will be given. 

 

 

Terms & Conditions - Delivery

  1. Once the flowers have been delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient to the designated delivery address, WhiteDewFlower Pte Ltd will not be liable for any issues or damages related to the delivered items.
  2. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10mins, our courier will leave the bouquet at the gate/doorstep/shoe rack and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery, however we are not responsible if any missing or damage.
  3. WhiteDewFlower Pte Ltd will not be responsible for late/failed delivery if: Incorrect address given or building management/security refusing to accept the bouquet for delivery, the buyer has the option to pay an additional $20 for re-delivery at a later time or date.
  4. WhiteDewFlowerPte Ltd is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished product to customers, especially during peak periods as we conduct quality checks to ensure bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However we will try our best to do so if requested.


Q. What are the delivery time slots?

Delivery Time Slots:

  1. 10am to 2pm
  2. 2pm to 6pm
  3. 6pm to 10pm

For the best service and to ensure timely delivery, it is advisable to place orders in advance. However, if you have an urgent order, can WhatsApp @93848519 and we will try our best to arrange for same-day delivery.

 

 

Q. Can I change the delivery time or delivery address urgently?

Do WhatsApp @ 93848519 for any changes for your order and let us know how we can assist you with your request if urgent matter arises.

However, we do not hold responsible for not accepting or fulfilling the amended requirements as this might affect other customers' deliveries. Nonetheless, we will try our best to help!

 

 

Q. Do you deliver to overseas?

No, we only deliver our products within Singapore.

 

 

Q. Can I remain anonymous?

Absolutely yes ! You can remain anonymous when sending a flower gift through us. We fully support and respect the desire for secrecy and mystery. We promise not to reveal the sender's details to the recipient or anyone else.

So secret admirers and individuals who would want to surprise their love ones without revealing their identity are warmly welcomed to do so. Enjoy the excitement of giving a surprise without the worry of your identity being disclosed!

 

 

Q: Is delivery affected during Formula One FI?

Yes. Due to road closures, delivery to certain addresses are affected during Formula One.

From 15 September to 17 September, we will not be delivering to the following addresses: Collyer Quay, St Andrew's Road, Nicoll Highway, Esplanade Drive, Stamford Road, Republic Boulevard, Raffles Avenue, Bayfront Avenue, Bras Basah Road, Raffles Boulevard and Temasek Avenue. Thanks for understanding.

 

 

Flowers Gift

Q. Replacement of Flowers/Fillers/Foliage 

Please understand that all fresh flowers, fillers & foliage are seasonal, they are subjected to changes based on availability. Our florist will try their best to craft the bouquet with a similar color theme and size as much as possible if any replacements are needed.

With regards to the sizes/colors/shapes of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colors/sizes/shapes from the product photos as flowers are a nature product. Nonetheless, our florist team will still craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times. If any major changes that could affect the overall look, we will contact you to make necessary arrangement.

 

 

Q. Can I customize a flower bouquet?

Of course we do! We can customize the bouquet including flowers, color theme, wrapper, or even the ribbon that you require. You can WhatsApp @ 93848519, and do send us if you have a photo of a certain bouquet/arrangement that you would like us to replicate, we will try our best to make a customized gift for you.

Q: How long does the fresh flowers usually last?

3-5 days. Depending on the type of flowers, some could last up to 1 week.

 

 

 Q: Can I come to your shop?

We are mostly doing e-commerce but you can drop by to do self-collection, or if you would like to discuss on wedding arrangements or customized flower gift/arrangement you are welcome to visit our office at 12 New Industrial Road #05-05A S536202. 

Do contact us at least one day before you come to ensure that someone is available to assist you.

 

 

Q. Can I choose a bouquet from your website and request it to be a ribbon-tied bouquet?

Yes we can do so, but please WhatsApp @ 93848519 for this request as there will be an additional $10 charges for this service.

Q: What if I don’t receive a confirmation email for my order?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your trash or spam folder as it might have been filtered there.

In case you don’t receive any email from us at all, it could be due to heavy web traffic or a high volume of seasonal orders. Please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp @ 93848519. We will be glad to assist you and provide any information you need.
